Exemplifying the spirit of renewal sweeping through Hexacon's soldering station portfolio, the Therm-O-Trac product line has taken on a bold, new unifying identity as it prepares to greet the new millenium as the industry's finest controlled heat soldering station for military and commercial soldering applications.

Well-built and handsome, this top level soldering performer is now presented with uncluttered metallic blue faceplates and easy-to-read Fahrenheit and Celsius temperature scales. Enclosures, handles and cords are uniformly black; cords are burn resistant and integrate wiring for the thermistor sensor positioned inside the working end of the tip.

Variable temperature model Therm-O-Tracs operate between 525° F and 850°F, can be pegged, with operator lockout, for single temperature use and are easily calibrated in the field. Selectable, three-temperature models can be exactly calibrated at each of the
set points. Heavy duty Power Boost and extra heavy duty Magnum models have additional heat capacity for multilayer boards, robotics and other demanding applications.

The Therm-O-Trac range exceeds all MIL Specs for performance, ESD, EMI, and RFI. Posi-Ground construction controls leakage to less than two millivolts. Therm-O-Trac's electronics do not generate potentially damaging magnetic fields.
