Repair Policy:

Repair service is available for most products. Most often a customer chooses to replace a steady output iron rather than repair it. If your unit needs service please call factory and request an RMA # (Returned Material Authorization). Mark outside of box with RMA # and return to factory prepaid. Include a note which provides us your contact information (you would be surprised to learn how many people forget this important detail), the model number, serial number if applicable, date of purchase and problem found.
Once unit is received Hexacon will contact you to let you know that the unit is here and the evaluation will begin. No repair work will begin until we have contacted you with our findings and price quote and have received your approval to repair. All repairs are warranted for 90 days.
Repair fees are comprised of both labor to do the repair and parts which require replacement. Your quote will detail these costs. If nothing is found to be wrong with your unit there still may be a fee for evaluation labor and/or calibration. Repair units not approved by customer after 120 days will be discarded.
